Lloret de Mar, 1948.

Graduate in Law. Studied philosophy and arts and sociology. PSC Member of the Catalan Parliament (1980-1999). Chair of the Catalan Radio and Television Corporation Parliamentary Monitoring Committee (1995-1999). He promoted the Parliamentary Sessions on the audiovisual media.
